Question 1

What is Mone Wellness?

Accepted Answer

Mone Wellness is an all-in-one postpartum wellness app designed to support new mothers through the fourth trimester — the 12 weeks after birth. It provides personalized recovery plans across eight pillars of wellness (Optimal Recovery, Emotional Well-Being, Nourishment, Movement, Baby Care, Family Relations, Environment, and Family Planning), daily health logging, expert articles and video guides, AI-powered advice, and a supportive community — all built by an OB/GYN, Registered Dietitian, and Postpartum Doula.

Question 2

What makes Mone Wellness different from other postpartum apps?

Accepted Answer

Most postpartum apps focus on one dimension — baby tracking or mood journaling. Mone Wellness simultaneously addresses all eight pillars of postpartum health and was built by practicing clinicians: a Board-Certified OB/GYN, a Registered Dietitian and Women's Health Nurse, and a Certified Postpartum Doula. It combines clinical-grade content with daily logging, AI-powered personalized advice, community forums, and partner-sharing tools — making it the only app that treats the fourth trimester as comprehensively as pregnancy itself.

Question 3

What is the fourth trimester?

Accepted Answer

The fourth trimester refers to the first three months after childbirth — a period of intense physical recovery, hormonal shifts, sleep disruption, and emotional adjustment for new mothers. It is as demanding as any trimester of pregnancy yet receives far less clinical support. Mone Wellness was built specifically to fill that gap.

Question 4

What can I track in the Mone Wellness app?

Accepted Answer

You can log mood, symptoms, hydration, meals, macros, baby feeding sessions, baby sleep, and diaper changes — all from a single daily log screen. Entries are time-stamped and can be shared with your partner, family, or care team via weekly email updates.

Question 5

What are the eight pillars of postpartum wellness in Mone Wellness?

Accepted Answer

The eight pillars are: 1) Optimal Recovery — physical healing, pelvic floor, and postpartum body; 2) Emotional Well-Being — mood, mental health, and postpartum depression support; 3) Nourishment — nutrition, macros, and lactation support; 4) Movement — postpartum exercise and guided workouts; 5) Baby Care — feeding, sleep, and diaper tracking; 6) Family Relations — partner tips and relationship support; 7) Environment — home and support systems; 8) Family Planning — contraception and future pregnancy planning.

Question 6

Is Mone Wellness available on iPhone and Android?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mone Wellness is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) via the Apple App Store and on Android via Google Play.

Question 7

Who created Mone Wellness?

Accepted Answer

Mone Wellness was founded by Dr. Katherine Hom (Board-Certified OB/GYN, FACOG, with certification in Women's Functional and Integrative Medicine from UC Irvine), Savannah Miller (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Women's Health Nurse from San Diego State University), and Brooke Orloff (Certified Prenatal and Postpartum Doula and Lactation Counselor). Together they bring evidence-based, integrative clinical expertise to postpartum care.

Question 8

How does Mone Wellness personalize content for me?

Accepted Answer

When you first open Mone Wellness, you complete a short onboarding quiz about your postpartum stage, health goals, and personal priorities. The app uses your answers to curate personalized articles, tips, video guides, and recovery plans across the eight pillars most relevant to your journey — because no two postpartum experiences are the same.

Question 9

Is Mone Wellness free?

Accepted Answer

Mone Wellness is free to download on iOS and Android. A subscription unlocks full access to all eight pillars of content, personalized plans, video guides, AI-powered advice, and community features.
